Google Right side rib pain while breathing or moving / difficult to breath/short breath/breathlessness

Did you had difficult to breath because of pain on right side of rib, don't worry, if its because of muscle pain or gas, there is a simple solution it will make you pain run away in 5 mins. 

1. Sit Straight

2. Take a full breath, if will be difficult and painful but should take a full deep breath

3. Keep your right hand on your head like your palm touching your head.

4. Keep your left hand on the place you sit with palm touching on the seat.

5. Stretch  towards left side to the maximum you can.

6. Release the breath

You can feel that your pain is reducing and feeling little bit comfortable, so that you can assume it is because of gas or air getting stuck between your rib and lungs. If you are feeling little bit comfortable and pain is still there while breathing it is because of the muscle pain over there. Most  important if the pain persists more than 24 hours or you are not feeling comfortable or pain not reducing  while or after doing this exercise immediately visit the doctor as it may be because of the stone or any complex issues.
